Production Associate I

Job Title: Production Associate I
Location: Orlando, FL, USA 32809
Duration: 3 months
Work Schedule: Sunday- Friday 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Employees will receive one additional scheduled day off, which will be assigned upon their start date.)

Overtime: Approximately 2–4 hours per week, based on business needs.

Work Environment:

• Cold-temperature production environment.
• Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, prep, peel, and cut fresh fruit according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and staging areas.
• Ensure raw product storage areas remain clean and orderly.
• Remove empty boxes, trash, and other debris promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to management.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Complete all assigned duties efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:

• 0–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Equipment Used:

• Fruit peelers and small paring knives (training provided).
• No machinery operation required for this position.
• Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including cut-resistant gloves.

Food Safety Requirements

• For food safety purposes:
• No artificial nails.
• No artificial eyelashes.
• No jewelry permitted except for a plain wedding band without stones.
