Schedule: Monday - Friday 4 PM to 11:30 PM

Position Summary

Buckhead Central Florida is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support daily meat production operations in a cold storage environment. This role is responsible for accurately preparing, weighing, packaging, and storing meat products to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Pack, weigh, label, and prepare meat products for customer orders.
  • Store and organize products accurately within designated production and storage areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Work efficiently in a cold storage environment.
  • Assist team members with production tasks as needed to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to leadership immediately.
  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to operational success.

Qualifications

  • Previous production, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team assistance when required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying tasks.

Required PPE

  • Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required on Day 1.
