Job Description

• The bank is seeking a Process Documentation Analyst/Business Analyst to support a regulatory project.
• The role will focus on documenting and updating operational procedures impacted by regulatory and business process changes within Corporate Treasury and Market Risk.
• The resource will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture future-state procedures and ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• This is a dedicated 3-month contract position supporting a time-sensitive regulatory initiative
• Responsibilities
• Review and document operational procedures.
• Engage with Corporate Treasury and Market Risk stakeholders to gather process information and validate documentation.
• Update existing procedures to reflect new business processes, controls, and system changes.
• Create clear, detailed, and standardized procedural documentation.
• Requirements
• Strong experience in business process documentation and procedural writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation standards.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.
