Job Title: Printing & Bindery Associate (Contingent)
Duration:3 months
Location: Naperville Illinois 60563-1198
Schedule: 7:30am CST-4pm Monday through Friday


Position Summary:

  • Role may require standing for extended periods and lifting light to moderate materials
  • The Temporary Print Shop Helper provides short-term, hands-on support for internal printing needs, including the production of booklets, binders, brochures, and other printed materials used for events, mailings, and general business operations. This contingent role requires prior experience in print and bindery work, the ability to perform under pressure, and a self-motivated, dependable work style.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the production of printed materials including booklets, binders, brochures, and related collateral
  • Perform bindery and finishing tasks such as collating, cutting, folding, stapling, and binding
  • Support the preparation of materials for events, internal mailings, and business distribution
  • Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and turnaround deadlines
  • Manage multiple print requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with packing, mailing, and delivering printed materials as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print shop workspace
  • Provide general support to print operations as assigned during the contract period

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a print shop, copy center, or similar production environment
  • Familiarity with printing equipment and basic bindery/finishing processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting events or large mailings
  • Flexibility to work varying hours during peak production times
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks to support business needs

Additional Information:

  • This will be 730am CST-4pm Monday through Friday on the Naperville campus.
