Job Description:
Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Power Fx, expressions, and workflow logic.
- Knowledge of AI builder, bot topics, entities, and conversational flow design.
- Familiarity with role-based security, solution management, and environment strategy.
- Basic understanding of Azure services, such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps, is a plus.
- Experience working with SQL Server, Excel, or other enterprise data sources.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Power Apps: Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Forms, UI customization
- Power Automate: Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Approvals, RPA
- Copilot Studio: Bot creation, topics, generative AI conversations, integrations
- Data Sources: Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, APIs
- Languages/Tools: Power Fx, JSON, JavaScript basics, REST API, Azure basics
- Platform Knowledge: Security roles, governance, environment management, solution packaging
- Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
- Develop and configure Copilot Studio solutions, including conversational bots and AI-driven virtual assistants.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solution designs.
- Create reusable components, custom connectors, and scalable workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and bot performance.
- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, compliance, and best practices within the Power Platform.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution architecture documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor platform updates and recommend enhancements using new Microsoft features.
- 3–4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
