Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MON-THUR / OT possible on Fridays)

Duration - 12 Months (Contract to hire)

- Relevant work experience; Painting, powder coating, or trade school completion
- Perform standard math add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Responsible for operation of powder coat system; including, loading powder, spraying powder, hanging and unhanging un-coated products, and operation of ovens.
- Responsible for performing powder coat setup; including, changing powders, adjustments to powder handgun, etc.
- Responsible for conformance with quality specifications.
- Ability to assist others in performing powder, trouble shooting, and maintenance activities.
- Ability to assist in training others on operation and setup of powder coat operations.
- Detail-oriented Ability to pay close attention to specifics to ensure a quality product is being produced.
- Mechanically inclined Individual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly to fixings things both familiar and unfamiliar.
- Perform standard math Individual needs to able to perform standard math to effectively make machine adjustments.
- Reasoning ability Ability to think, reflect, and make decision to overcome obstacles.
- Must be able to lift 35/lbs.
