Job Title: Portfolio Marketing Lead
Location: Holtsville, NY 11742 and Lincolnshire, IL60069  (Hybrid) Onsite Tuesday–Thursday only
Shift : Mon -Fri 8am - 6pm( Any 8 hours shift between 8am - 6pm)
Duration: 5 months

Position Overview
The contingent worker will work closely with the Services business unit as a member of the global portfolio marketing team to deliver go-to-market plans while leading strategy, messaging, creation, and management of all content. This role supports bringing new offers to market across the Client Sevices portfolio and serves as the marketing subject matter expert for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver go-to-market plans for Client Services portfolio offerings
• Lead strategy, messaging, content creation, and content management
• Partner with business units to support new products and enhancements
• Develop key messaging and value propositions to support creative content
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to guide content development, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained
• Oversee product launch definition and activation planning, aligning with:
  • Global product marketing
  • Regional marketing
  • Digital teams
  • Vertical marketing
  • PR teams
• Supervise the creation, updates, and maintenance of product pages on the client's website, working closely with the digital marketing team to ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date content.Create and maintain product pages on internal sales enablement and channel partner portals
• Manage assets within a digital asset management system

 
Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 2–5 years of experience working in various settings, including within a corporation or for corporate clients
• B2B experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of successfully taking products to market for a large B2B company or agency
• Experience in customer services marketing
• Expertise in developing differentiated go-to-market strategies and messaging
• Ability to create content plans aligned to the buyer’s journey
• Demonstrated collaborative, cross-functional approach to planning and problem solving
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills
