Location: Mt Laurel, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

Job Description:
This role will directly support the Portfolio Lead/Chief of Staff function aligned to the AVP across multiple Product Groups. The primary function of this role is to provide operational financial, reporting, and organization support to enable efficient portfolio management and governance across the CRMA vertical.
The Ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment supporting senior leadership and cross functional teams. Below are the skills we are seeking for this role.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to details
- Experience in a PM/PMO role
- Financial Services/Banking/Analytics preferred
- Familiarity with Agile Product Delivery
- Experience in a matrixed organization
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
