Position Title:- Phlebotomist I
Work Location:- 1251 B Saratoga Ave NE Washington DC USA , 20018
Assignment Duration:- 3 Months (Potential Extension)
Work Schedule:- Mon–Fri – 7:00 AM–4:30 PM / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (varies as needed) + 2 Saturdays/month
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary
Seeking a Phlebotomist I to support patient specimen collection operations within a large Patient Service Center environment while ensuring quality, compliance, and customer service.
Background & Context
Coverage for employee leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing blood
- Processing specimens
- Shipping specimens
- Support patient service operations
- Follow compliance and customer service expectations
Qualification & Experience
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Minimum 2+ years drawing experience
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
- Customer Service
- Compliance
- High School Diploma/GED
- Phlebotomy Certification required
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
- Large PSC environment
- All age groups
- Team and individual contributor work
- Approximately 20–30 draws daily
- One week training required
