Job Description

Major Responsibilities
Payroll and Compensation
Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring correct deductions and benefits
Ensure smooth relationship with local BPOs in charge of payroll processes
Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor agreements
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll and compensation matters
Assist in audits related to payroll and compensation, ensuring the accuracy of payroll records
Personnel Administration and Labor Relations
Maintain accurate employee records in SuccessFactors, including personal information, contracts, and employment history
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements
Handle labor relations matters in coordination with Employee Service Center technicians
Support the recruitment process by coordinating the hiring of new employees and updating employment contracts in SuccessFactors
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and support the implementation of relevant programs
Provide support during labor audits and help resolve any related issues
Global Mobility
Administer visa, work permit, and immigration processes for employees on international assignments or relocations
Coordinate with external immigration counsel and government authorities to ensure timely and compliant processing
Support internationally mobile employees with documentation, tax equalization, and relocation logistics
Maintain accurate records of mobility cases and ensure proper documentation in SuccessFactors and relevant systems
Monitor changes in immigration legislation and advise HR and management on potential impacts
Liaise with local HR teams and BPOs to ensure alignment on mobility policies and processes
Employee Service Center
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and service requests
Provide support in onboarding new employees, including document verification and benefits enrollment using SuccessFactors
Track and manage employee requests through the service center, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base in SuccessFactors for common employee queries and ensure prompt, accurate responses
Work with HR and IT departments to ensure the efficient delivery of employee services and troubleshoot issues when necessary
 
Requirements
Advanced English (80%)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Spain payroll management is a must. Strong understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and benefits management. Knowledge of personnel administration and labor relations principles and practices in countries of scope
Experience with ERP systems (SuccessFactors, SAP S4/HANA) is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Familiarity with immigration and mobility processes and documentation is a plus
Familiarity with visa/immigration processes and global mobility support
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
