Primary Role Purpose :
Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying to all policies and procedures in accordance with FDA regulations.
Educational Background
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some college

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with and support the Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Achieve Performance target for Packaging Lines. Perform specific task assigned by Packaging Leadership or designee.
- Participate in RCA for deviations.
- Participate in RCA for problems/breakdowns that occur on equipment.
- Perform and assist with preventative maintenance and autonomous maintenance on packaging production lines.
- Perform and assist with packaging production lines change overs to meet departmen needs.
- Perform and assist with 5S and cleaning activities to always meet good manufacturing practices.
