Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of:
- Oracle Cloud HCM Succession Planning
- Oracle Dynamic Skills
- Conduct requirements gathering and Cloud Map workshops with HR and Talent stakeholders
- Perform gap-fit analysis, solution design, and functional documentation
- Configure Succession Planning features including:
- Incumbent based, Job based, and Position based Succession Plans
- Talent Pools, Talent Ratings, Readiness, Risk of Loss, and Impact
- Design and implement Dynamic Skills, including:
- Enterprise skills taxonomy and skills library
- Skills Advisor and Skill Center (Employee & Manager)
- Skill mapping to Job Profiles and Talent Profiles
- Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data setup, and production cutover
- Partner with technical, reporting, and security teams to ensure end to end solution delivery
- Support client demos, training, and post–go live stabilization

- Experience with Opportunity Marketplace or Learning integration
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Talent Management preferred)
