About The Role
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Product to Market Transformation team as Learning & Development/Change Management Operations Coordinator – Product to Market Transformation.
  • This role supports the seamless operational execution of Product to Market (P2M) learning experiences across in-person, hybrid, and virtual environments.
  • You will coordinate room reservations, calendar logistics, enrollment tracking, certification operations, materials preparation, catering, supplies, reporting, invoicing, and shared inbox management.
  • In this role, you will ensure that every learning experience—from certification programs to speaker series and innovation lab sessions—is delivered with precision, responsiveness, and a high-quality participant experience.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate room reservations and calendar logistics for in-person, hybrid, and virtual learning experiences, ensuring accurate scheduling, appropriate time buffers, and clear location details.
  • Support enrollment operations including participant tracking, roster management, distribution list coordination, and access to brand distribution groups.
  • Manage shared team inboxes and distribution lists, routing inquiries appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
  • Draft and send facilitator and participant communications, including session details, technical setup instructions, and reminders.
  • Coordinate certification operations including rewards processing, gift and certificate distribution, tracking completion milestones, coordinating certification celebration events, and supporting recognition efforts.
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials, upload recordings and session assets to SharePoint, and maintain organized digital repositories.
  • Order, inventory, and distribute program swag and recognition merchandise; coordinate catering, snacks, and supplies for in-person and hybrid sessions.
  • Manage learning certification operations in the learning platform: maintain user groups, build and publish assessments, schedule assessment windows, and pull reporting on results with analysis and recommended actions.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback data, and compile post-session reporting metrics.
  • Support survey distribution, measurement coordination, and internal retrospectives (e.g., Start/Stop/Continue).
  • Process invoices, track vendor expenses, and assist with budget documentation.
  • Maintain the Training Action Plan, keeping timelines, status, risks, gaps, materials, and resources current throughout each cycle and certification window.
  • Provide day-of support for sessions including attendance nudges, participant coordination, speaker greeting, and Q&A/chat assistance.
Who You Are
  • Experience in learning operations, event coordination, training logistics, or program administration within a corporate environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable managing shared inboxes, calendars, and distribution lists.
  • Experience supporting certification programs or digital learning platforms preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional communications.
  • Proactive, dependable, and responsive, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting fast-paced transformation initiatives.
