Job Title: Operations Clerk-I
Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location
Duration: 4 months assignment
Shift/ Schedule: Monday to Friday 11AM to 2PM/ Part time role, 20 hrs per week
Note: The role will require the candidate to move around the city. They will be working in the client's offices primarily.

In This Role You Will:

• Be a customer launch specialist: Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience
• Be a representative: manage quality and performance for clients
• Have strong communication: field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment
• Being comfortable with executing with limited guidance Coachable on Technology and Data
• Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems in the Meal Manager platform.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts etc).
• Ability to operate at the lowest level of detail with excellent accuracy and productivity.
• Excellent Communication and Time-Management Skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate issues, understand problems and implement solutions while managing multiple projects.
• Passionate about people management and building relationships that have a strong foundation on empathy and emotional intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, Customer Interviews, and Sales preferably in the hospitality industry.
