Job Title: On-site Program Manager
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time Role
 
Position Summary
  • The On-Site Program Manager serves as the dedicated, on-site representative at large industrial customer locations. This role provides consistent account ownership, manages all on-site programs, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, operational performance, and sales growth.
  • The OSPM operates with a high degree of independence, making day-to-day decisions to resolve issues, improve service, and support account success.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer & Account Management
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for all customer interactions 
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization 
  • Respond to and resolve service issues using sound judgment and root cause analysis 
  • Conduct regular site walkthroughs to assess program performance 
  • Support account reviews and identify growth opportunities 
  • Represent Total Safety professionally at all times 
 
2. Program Management
  • Oversee all on-site programs (VMI, vending, and value-added services) 
  • Manage program setup, changes, performance, and continuous improvement 
  • Ensure all equipment and service areas are operational and well-maintained 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed 
  • Apply contract terms and compliance requirements in daily operations 
 
3. Inventory & Operations
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs 
  • Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies 
  • Oversee storage, product flow, and on-site organization 
  • Coordinate urgent or special fulfillment needs 
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment 
 
4. Reporting & Administration
  • Track and report on program performance, inventory, and service metrics 
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions 
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements 
  • Communicate key updates and insights to internal stakeholders 
 
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 
  • 3+ years in account management, program management, or industrial distribution 
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred 
 
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems quickly 
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles 
 
Work Environment & Requirements
  • Primarily based in industrial/manufacturing facilities 
  • Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working around equipment 
  • Must meet all site safety and compliance requirements 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
