Job Title: Model N Techno Functional SME
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Model N Techno Functional SME to act as a subject matter expert supporting business processes, issue resolution, implementations, testing, and system enhancements within the Model N environment. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Commercial Chargebacks, Managed Care Rebates, and hands-on experience with Model N implementations/upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
Model N Functional & Technical Support

• Serve as the primary Model N Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Participate in business requirement discussions and provide recommendations.
• Analyze issues and drive end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within Model N.
• Work closely with business and technical teams.

Model N Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
  • Model N Commercial Chargebacks
  • Managed Care Rebates
  • Contracts & Pricing
  • Rebates and Payments
• Experience with Model N Powered by N platform preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Model N implementations and upgrades.

Technical Responsibilities

• Work with the Model N data model.
• Develop/debug Oracle PL/SQL queries.
• Review and validate technical and functional documentation.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define and manage testing strategies including:
  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Regression Testing
  • Performance Testing
• Develop test scenarios and validate business workflows.
• Review:
  • Test scripts
  • Traceability matrices
  • Test evidence/documentation

Defect Management & Support

• Manage defect triage and resolution activities.
• Coordinate with Test Analysts during test execution.
• Support defect logging and retesting cycles.
• Maintain testing screenshots and audit documentation.
• Prepare test summary reports for compliance and audit purposes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience
• Strong hands-on Model N functional and technical expertise
• Commercial Chargebacks experience
• Managed Care Rebates experience
• Model N implementation and upgrade experience
• Oracle PL/SQL debugging and query development
• SIT/UAT testing experience
• Defect management experience
• Experience with ALM or similar test management tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model N Powered by N platform
• Audit/compliance documentation experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
