- Depth of power-generation and mechanical-engineering experience.
- Demonstrated V-machine experience.
- Experience with outages, major maintenance, contractor oversight, and reliability improvement.
- Ability to operate as a lead-level technical resource and build credibility with plant leadership and contractors.
- Comfort working in a field-based plant environment and supporting spring outage coverage.
- Location fit, relocation readiness, and long-term interest in Columbus/Talbot.
