Schedule: M-F – 9:30-5:30

Training Period: 1 week of onsite training
Summary of Duties:
The Document Storage Analyst is accountable for successful delivery and working in a dynamic environment. You are organized and an expert at navigating documents. You are comfortable with operating hardware such as photocopiers/scanners and have basic computer skills to retrieve digital documents. Working closely with the business owner(s), you can work independently in executing process for accurate and efficient document storage.

- Report to the assigned Bank Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
- Preparing paper documents filed in the branch for digitization.
- Scan paper documents into the Ricoh copier/scanner.
- Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet all requirements of the business.
- Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured in their designated locations.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the management teams via email and/or phone.
- Adhere to the Bank Health and Safety rules of the working location. It will also be mandatory to wear a face mask when operating in any open areas of the branch location.
- Adhere to Bank Privacy Policies and Employee Conduct Rules.
- Adapt and remain flexible to support a broad spectrum of initiatives in an environment where business priorities may frequently shift.
- Ensure timely communication of issues / points of interest and status and early identification of emerging risk(s).
Must Have:
- Professional with highly developed organization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable operating a photocopier/scanner.
- Proficiency in MS office – outlook, teams, excel
Nice to Have:
- Document filing experience skills is an asset
Education:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
