Position Title: Machine Operator I
Work Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Assignment Duration: 5+ months
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary: • The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Background & Context: Support manufacturing production by performing manual and automated processing tasks to maintain production output and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Weighs, measures, and verifies raw materials and parts.
• Perform manual manufacturing tasks.
• Assists in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment.
• Uses basic laboratory equipment: scales, balances, pipettes, luminometers, etc.
• Follow and foster a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate and complete training record.
• Understand and execute written procedures, manufacturing records, and logs.
• Housekeeping and cleaning of manufacturing laboratory/area.
• Assists with material handling, stocking of lab, and assigned daily lab responsibilities.
Qualification & Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work onsite on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing/lab environment
• Ability to follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation
• Experience working in a production, lab, or manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail with measurement and verification tasks
