Location: Caguas, PR
Pay Rate: $12.50 / Hourly
Shifts12-Hour Shift Schedule
  • DayShifts:
    • Shift 1: Sunday–Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Shift 3: Thursday–Saturday, alternating Wednesdays | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shifts:
    • Shift 2: Sunday–Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
    • Shift 4: Thursday–Saturday, alternating Wednesdays | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Summary: The employee will be mainly responsible for operating machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of precision products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively operate machines as assigned in designated area.
  • Effectively operate processes as assigned in designated area.
  • Execute standard de-burring and hand work.
  • Ability to understand and follow SOP work instructions.
  • Ability to use SPC/SOP software to collect and record measurements.
  • Track efficiencies and report issues to appropriate department.
  • Perform inspection to ensure product quality per Print/SOP specifications.
  • Meet efficiency and scrap goals.
  • Perform preventive maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Record time accurately on a daily basis.
  • Work under minimum supervision.
Skills and Qualifications:     
  • High School or equivalent
  • Recommended 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a medical manufacturing work environment, preferred.
  • Basic tooling & blueprint understanding, preferred.
  • GMP Knowledge.
  • Use of measuring equipment (caliper, Vision System, Comparator, micrometer, etc.), a plus.
