Position Title: Logistics Specialist
Work Location: Portsmouth NH 03801
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Schedule: Rotating Manufacturing Schedule (days or nights)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
 
Position Summary:
Contributes within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components.
Supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally.
Demonstrates organization, time management of primary role requirements for one of the following areas within the Logistics department: (Dispensing/FPA, Receiving, Shipping and/or Warehouse)
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs SAP transactions required for assigned area (Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, TO Creation, Material Movement)
• Performs Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory)
• Demonstrates solid understanding of assigned procedures & obtains required qualifications
• Demonstrates an understanding of cGMP’s required in the work environment
• Performs Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring)
• Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area
• Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Utilizes DMS and Trackwise for assigned area
• Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department
• PIT Equipment: Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Ride On’s, Order Pickers, etc.
• Box Truck Driving
• Lukapak Receiving & Handling
• Is a Warehouse Environment with Physical Activity Required
 
Qualification & Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• BS preferred
• English – Business Fluent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Manufacturing/Logistics – Entry Level – 0-4 years

• Travel: <10% = low
• Safety: Must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report actual and potential accidents and injuries. Must comply with safety policies of the company and site
• Quality Responsibility: Adherence to cGMPs is required at all times during the manufacture of APIs. All personnel own the quality of what they deliver and are responsible for notifying responsible management in a timely manner of regulatory inspections, serious GMP deficiencies, process deviations, product defects and related actions

• Quality: Maintain and sustain Quality compliance. Strict adherence to all department and company procedures and policies
• Safety: Must attend required monthly trainings. Must participate in Intelex to heighten safety awareness. Must comply with all safety policies of company and site
