Description
Automobili Lamborghini is looking for a valuable team member to manage its by-invitation-only showroom known as the Lamborghini Lounge NYC. The opportunity calls for a highly motivated, self-starter, with experience in retail, customer service and experiential. This individual must possess the passion and capability to deliver the standard of excellence within the Lounge experience, serving as the primary custodian of the brand within this highly curated, customer-facing environment.
 
Responsibilities
Lounge Management & Operations
  • Act as the first and main point of reference for the Lounge and manage all activities that occur within the space
  • Ensure that lounge is clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure the space is organized and that supplies/stocks are adequate at all times
  • Initiate organization efforts especially when shipments of items are received
Calendar & Event Coordination
  • Liaise and coordinate with the extended Lamborghini corporate team, dealer network and customers to schedule and manage the master calendar of events for the Lounge
  • Work both independently and as an extension of the marketing team on a range of programs, small and large, when hosted at the Lounge
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
  • Oversee and coordinate monthly maintenance needs, such as housekeeping, pest control, repair service, etc. and managing all appointments to ensure the Lounge is up to date at all times
  • Manage the schedule for housekeeping and run errands when necessary to have the right resources in place at any given time
  • Availability to be accessible onsite when various partners/suppliers need to access the space such as vehicle delivery, detailing appointments, caterer and AV set up
  • Liaise with Lounge partner brands for contract compliance and maintenance requirements
Customer Experience
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to pre-scheduled visiting guests, including customers, dealers, partners and suppliers, and navigate ad hoc requests
  • Technical & Troubleshooting
  • Acquire an appropriate amount of logistical and technical knowledge of the Lounge to trouble shoot and/or contact appropriate service for Lounge equipment, platforms and amenities
Reporting & Administration
  • Manage program budgets, overviews and recaps to share with the extended team
  • Generate monthly internal reports on Lounge activity and year-to-date revenue
  • Maintain consistent communication with corporate team
  • Maintain confidential and proprietary company and customer information and assets
Innovation & Execution
  • Effectively manage a fast-paced environment with numerous projects
  • Participate in the creation of new initiatives and programs to constantly innovate the offering of the space
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail, with a strong emphasis on experiential environments
  • Experience within premium or luxury brands strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive marketing initiatives and elevate customer engagement
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to take direction while also operating independently with sound judgment
  • Positive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong service orientation, with a commitment to delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all customer-facing interactions
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • Effective team collaborator with strong active listening and responsive communication skills
  • Ability to assess situations critically and implement thoughtful, solution-oriented responses
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds as required
  • Must be based in New York City
