Job Title: Jr. Customer Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail?oriented Jr. Customer Analyst to support customer and financial operations. This role involves reviewing invoices, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and managing documentation across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with data in fast?paced environments. People with Google Sheets exp. will be the top candidates.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and analyze customer invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets to track financial and customer data
  • Collect, organize, and manage documentation across multiple systems and platforms
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy between systems
  • Support customer operations and internal teams with reporting and analysis
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers and documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic analysis)
  • Experience using Salesforce (data entry, reporting, or account management)
  • Ability to manage and organize data across multiple systems
  • Strong organizational and time?management skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, collaboration, data management)
  • Previous experience in a customer analyst, data analyst, operations, or finance-related role
  • Familiarity with invoice processing or billing operations
