The Opportunity:

  • The Inclusion Strategist is responsible for creating and executing sustainability and diversity efforts across the organization through partnerships both internal and external to promote and advance our companys commitment to an inclusive culture while being a strong steward to social and environmental responsibilities.


A Glimpse Into Your Day: 

  • Drive the successful design, implementation and management of a global DE&I strategy and associated action plans
  • Deliver, socialize, implement and execute short-term and long-term DEI strategic plans aligned to company objectives
  • Lead correlated committees on a global scale to ensure ongoing learning, engagement and value
  • Serve as dedicated Diversity Representative to MSPs; attend relevant events and serve as a face of the company
  • Establish, coordinate and/or provide ongoing training to the organizations teams
  • Review current practices and policies, assessing the extent in which they support or hinder goals; commit to continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on DE&I trends in the market while providing relevant updates on latest news and data to leadership and committee(s)
  • Maintain knowledge of diversity and sustainability related issues, legislation, and best practices; seek to understand impact and make recommendations
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the Supplier Diversity Program and initiatives are being upheld; handle routine audits as necessary
  • Serve as a community partner to promote the organizations commitments identify partnerships for mutual benefit
  • Continuously expand and establish new partnerships boosting recruitment efforts and external visibility
  • Identify and attend conferences, in person or virtually, related to the industry and committees led; build rapport and network with industry professionals
  • Coordinate activities and initiatives designed to have positive impact on the environment and local communities; carry these out globally Liaises with external consultant(s) to establish a clear sustainability roadmap to achieve targeted milestones and ambitions. Leads and executes both short and long-term strategies.
  • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to set sustainability targets in accordance with Science Based Targets (SBTi). Measures and tracks all applicable data and continuously seeks reasonable opportunities to reduce direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions
  • Ensures systematic and accurate collection and reporting of key KPIs, and proactively identifies new KPIs required to meet sustainability framework and standards requirements.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in related field required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills
  • Understanding of federal, state and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with global teams (preferred)
  • Experience specializing in equal employment opportunity, diversity and sustainability programs (preferred)
