IAM Program Manager

Role: IAM Program Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA; Bellevue/Seattle, WA; McLean, VA (Hybrid 1-2 days per week, open to Remote)
Duration: 5 + Months
 
Role Summary: Lead security integration efforts for M&A programs. Own program timelines, risks, dependencies, executive communications, and stakeholder management. Partner across IAM, CSOC, Product Security, Infrastructure Security, Compliance/GRC, and related teams to drive successful security integrations and ensure acquired organizations meet our security standards.
 
Top Requirements:

• 4-6+ years Program Management experience
• Security domain experience required
• M&A integration experience strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs in matrixed environments
• Understanding of security/compliance processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience leveraging AI for program management is a plus
