Job Description:
- The PDT HR Reporting and Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring data integrity and consistent processes within the PDT HR Team. They will be a liaison between HR and key COEs. They are also responsible for supporting the definition, testing, and implementation of key HR processes as business needs evolve. They will work closely with internal colleagues within the region and globally to ensure business rules and requirements are fulfilled with the highest level of accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful reports and presentations. The successful candidate will need to be able to support change management within the PDT HR Organization by thinking strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of processes, technology, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regional dashboards for Human Resource (HR) KPIs, critical HR projects, and change management related metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data insights.
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources; including HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analytics.
- Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues. Then take corrective actions as necessary to drive process improvements and accurate reporting.
- Support processes and reporting relating to the employee talent journey. Primary focuses on hiring and performance management processes and tracking.
- Provide analysis of data to support the HR team in making decisions relating to hiring, talent development and performance management.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel (including basic formulas, pivot tables and slicers).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to provide clear, timely, and professional responses.
- Process-driven with a high degree of accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage evolving priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, use diplomacy, and effectively resolve customer concerns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR Data Warehouse, Workday, IBM Cognos, PowerBI or Qlickview.
- Human resource project management experience.
- Proven presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management
- Experience as an HR Generalist.
