Summary

Seeking an experienced HR leader to provide temporary support during a medical sabbatical.

 

Job Role/Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to business unit leaders, aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives to strengthen organizational performance. 
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development programs to build capability and leadership readiness. 
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and performance across the business unit. 
  • Partner with Corporate HR to optimize onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and training programs. 
  • Drive career development processes including performance reviews, leadership coaching, and organizational design initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to secure top talent and maintain a strong pipeline for critical roles. 
  • Analyze HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making at the executive level; ensure compliance with all employment laws and policies. 
  • Support change management and transformation initiatives to advance business goals.
  • Ensuring continuity of HR initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
