Summary
Seeking an experienced HR leader to provide temporary support during a medical sabbatical.
Job Role/Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to business unit leaders, aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives to strengthen organizational performance.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development programs to build capability and leadership readiness.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and performance across the business unit.
- Partner with Corporate HR to optimize onboarding/offboarding, compensation, benefits, payroll, and training programs.
- Drive career development processes including performance reviews, leadership coaching, and organizational design initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to secure top talent and maintain a strong pipeline for critical roles.
- Analyze HR metrics to enable data-driven decision-making at the executive level; ensure compliance with all employment laws and policies.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives to advance business goals.
- Ensuring continuity of HR initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
