Job Title - HR Solutions Employee Advisor
Duration: 6 Months
Location:  Davidson, NC, 28036
Onsite/Hybrid: Hybrid 4/1

 
Job Description:
You will be the frontline support role for Client HR Solutions Center. The HR Solutions Center is the primary helpline for questions regarding Self-Service Support, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Leaves, Retirement, and additional Corporate Programs. As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Employee population.
 
This position is 4 or more days on-site a week and will be based out of our Davidson, NC location.
 
What you will do:
  • Be able to assist 35+ employees per day (or more depending on seasonal volumes)
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information pertaining to Self-Service Support, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Leaves, Retirement, and additional Corporate Programs
  • Identify and resolve issues pertaining to Client policy/eligibility guidelines
  • Perform needed analysis; conducting required research and provide resolution to bring closure to customer issues, during the first interaction if possible
  • Follow up with customer issues to guarantee prompt resolution
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Focus/Quality oriented and results driven skills required
  • Excellent communication, with analytical and decision-making skills
  • Document each interaction accurately with case system
  • Instill trust and confidence while working with customers to overcome challenges
  • Must be available to work flexible full-time hours depending on assigned shift; shifts range from 8am-7pm EST, Monday-Friday
 
What you will bring:
  • High School diploma: Associate degree or College Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years call center/customer care or other related customer contact experience preferred.
  • Workday Experience required.
  • Computer proficiency required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Inbound/Outbound Contact Center call handling (Phone Soft Skills)
  • Familiarity/Experience with the following systems is a plus: Workday, UKG, ADP, Service Now, AWS, Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office Suite.
