Field Services Technician
Texas, includes Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and outlying areas
Standard business hours, Monday-Friday, possibility for some Sundays
4+ months

Up to 80% overnight travel

Role Overview
The Field Services Technician will support the deployment and installation of apheresis/plasma collection devices across client centers in Florida. The technician will provide hands-on technical support during equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and post-installation stabilization.

This is a field-based, travel-heavy technical role rather than an ongoing maintenance position.

Key Responsibilities
Support installation, setup, configuration, and operational readiness of plasma collection devices.
Perform installation verification, functional testing, operational qualification, and readiness checks.
Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues during installation and implementation.
Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and client center personnel.
Provide onsite technical support during implementation and stabilization.
Document installation activities, testing results, troubleshooting, and equipment status.
Track project status, risks, issues, and equipment-related activities.
Assist with equipment logistics, including preparation, inventory, packing, shipping, storage, and returns.
Provide basic technical instruction to center personnel.
Follow applicable SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support special projects and additional business needs as assigned.

Must-Haves
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of technical/field service experience or related experience.
Hands-on equipment troubleshooting experience.
Ability to install, configure, test, or support technical equipment.
Strong mechanical/electrical/technical aptitude.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in field locations.
Willingness to travel up to 80% overnight.
Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs independently.
Comfortable working in healthcare environments and wearing PPE.
Proficient in English.
