Product Experiences: Experience Producer

Experience Required: 5+ years preferred; however, the type and relevance of experience are more important than years alone.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant years of experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Experience Producer to work cross-functionally in leading, executing, and supporting a range of events, activations, and product demonstrations.

This role will support a team focused on creating memorable product experiences that bring consumer hardware and software to market and engage individuals and communities through technology-driven experiences.

This is a contract position for at least 12 months and requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week in either New York, NY or Burlingame, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute events and experiences across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and scale the delivery of product experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events, including:
    • Experience consultation
    • Demo design
    • Staffing
    • Technology support
    • On-site event support
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams.
  • Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline and scale operations.
  • Partner with external agencies to plan and execute experiential programs.
  • Be available and willing to travel up to 25%.
  • Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events.
  • Support post-event reporting processes and data collection.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in event management, event production, or within a creative agency environment.
  • Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person events.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of working with executive leadership.
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners.
  • Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing production budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use judgment and analysis to provide practical, timely, and proactive communication guidance and support.
  • Experience assessing data reports to identify metrics, trends, and patterns related to communications and event performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with emerging technology, AI, wearables, virtual reality, and/or Labs products.
  • Level 1 technical troubleshooting capabilities, including troubleshooting devices and developing real-time creative solutions during events.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed, global technology company.
  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling department or organization.
