Role Scope / Deliverables:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the IT track, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive cross-team coordination across IT functional leads, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.
- Establish and maintain integrated project plans, including dependency tracking, milestone alignment, and escalation management
- Provide program governance support, including status reporting, risk management, and steering committee updates.
- Oversee system integration activities, including sequencing, testing, and validation across PLM, ERP, CAD, labeling, and regulatory systems Coordinate data migration strategy and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and timing alignment (eBOM, mBOM, SKUs, documents).
- Facilitate functional and technical solutioning, including fit-gap analysis and system capability validation.
- Ensure alignment of application implementation activities, including system setup, infrastructure readiness, and transition from site-level tools to enterprise platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring requirements are translated into executable plans and delivered effectively.
- Partner with business leads to drive change management, communication, and training coordination across impacted teams.
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Strong enterprise IT project/program management experience across complex, multi-system environments (PLM, ERP, integrations).
- Expertise in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management across business and IT organizations Solid understanding of data migration, data structures, and system integrations.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and competing priorities in large-scale programs.
- Experience with governance frameworks, PMO processes, and structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills, including steering committee engagement.
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity environments and bring structure to complex, evolving programs.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM), manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain processes.
