Job Description
As a 737 Systems Engineering Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical integration and ownership of our tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements (i.e. dashboards). The role requires an understanding of engineering change processes, strong analytical and organizational skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Collects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needs
Collaborate with managers, engineers, manufacturing, suppliers, and stakeholders
Works to improve business systems and implement best practices that support project decision makers
Guides training and provides subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools and integration of engineering designs
Assist with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control
Acts as primary contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Associate's degree or higher
3++ years of experience in customer support
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
