Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain pool health of wireless test infrastructure and base stations.
- Support daily execution of modem validation workloads.
- Analyze test failures, perform technical triage, and drive root-cause investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve modem, infrastructure, and automation issues.
- Generate operational reports and track validation readiness.
- Develop automation solutions and AI-driven workflows using Python.
- Improve execution efficiency, platform stability, and validation quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Understanding of Wireless Communications and Digital Communication fundamentals.
- Knowledge of 4G LTE and/or 5G NR modem technologies.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to understand end-to-end system workflows.
- Python programming experience for automation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experience with modem validation, wireless testing, or protocol troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with wireless test equipment, automation frameworks, and AI/ML-based engineering workflows.
