Must Have
1. Hands-on Mindtickle or comparable enablement platform administration experience
2. Experience with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix, WalkMe, or similar)
3. Platform operations and governance experience (support workflows, admin compliance, content management)

Technical tools/applications:
- Mindtickle (required)
- Whatfix (required)
- Salesforce (familiarity preferred)
- General comfort with enablement/learning platforms

About the Role
The GTM Enablement team is looking for an Enablement Platform Specialist to support the design, governance, and operations of our enablement technology ecosystem. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Enablement Platforms and works closely with cross-functional partners to connect enablement tools to seller behavior and revenue outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Own platform operations and governance for Mindtickle (Autodesk Explore), including support automation, admin compliance, and CoE policy development
- Serve as the primary owner of Whatfix (Digital Adoption Platform) across the enablement environment
- Support program design and onboarding best practices for teams bringing their enablement programs onto the platform
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including Digital Sales Rooms, Salesforce integrations, and revenue-connected enablement measurement
- Partner with data and UX resources to improve platform adoption, content health, and user experience
- Help establish and maintain governance frameworks across the enablement tech stack

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in enablement platform administration, learning technology operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or comparable enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Allego)
- Experience with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix, WalkMe, Pendo) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and how enablement tools integrate with CRM workflows
- Strong operational instincts: you can manage competing priorities, build repeatable processes, and maintain platform integrity at scale
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where enablement is directly tied to revenue outcomes rather than training completion metrics

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting or administering enablement programs for sales or GTM teams
- Exposure to tools like Clari, Klue, or other revenue intelligence platforms
- Background in governance, compliance, or center of excellence models for enterprise technology

Interview process: One screening call with manager, followed by a panel interview with manager and director.
Minimum Education Required: No minimum. Relevant experience is what matters for this role.
