Job Description

Job Title: Employee Lease Program Administrator
Location: Fort Worth, TX, 76177

Duration: 6 months (with possibility for extension and conversion) 

Daily administration of the Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures. The primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.

• Validate order requests and related account information
• Prepare documents with accuracy
• Review program-related inquiries
• Resolve employee concerns/issues
• Provide organization's affiliate coordinator support
• Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required
• Support Pre-Term Remarketing process for employee lease accounts
• Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments
• Document Employee/Customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact
• Phone Experience
• Outlook Experience

Education:
High School Diploma

Skills:
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Attention to detail
Data entry skills
