We are seeking an experienced Eagle Consultant with strong expertise in the Eagle Investment Accounting platform, particularly within Reference Data and Pricing modules. The consultant will work directly with the client team and be responsible for delivering technical specifications, product configurations, test planning, test data preparation, and execution support.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Eagle data model, investment accounting workflows, and Oracle PL/SQL development, along with experience analyzing and optimizing investment data across complex financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for:
- Eagle STAR
- Eagle PACE
- Eagle Reference Data
- Eagle Pricing Modules
- Develop Eagle technical specifications and product configurations.
- Prepare test data, test plans, and validate test execution results.
- Analyze and optimize investment data flows across multiple systems and databases.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle and SQL-based solutions supporting investment accounting operations.
- Review application architecture, integrations, and connectivity across the investment platform ecosystem.
- Identify technical debt, system vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and analyze information from repositories such as Git, JIRA, and application inventories to produce architecture documentation.
- Create future-state architecture recommendations aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams on enhancements and system improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or investment accounting environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Eagle STAR
- Eagle PACE
- Eagle Reference Data
- Eagle Pricing
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development skills.
- Strong understanding of investment accounting principles, workflows, and data structures.
- Experience with:
- Data Architecture
- ETL Development
- Data Warehousing
- Financial Data Management
- Experience reviewing and documenting application architectures and integration points.
- Familiarity with:
- Git

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
