Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in data platforms, CDP, or CRM data solutions
- Hands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Experience with data modelling and identity resolution
- Knowledge of Dataverse
- Experience with Azure Data services such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse
- Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and APIs
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data
- Design and implement unified customer profiles
- Configure identity resolution and data matching rules
- Set up and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources
- Integrate customer data from systems such as
- CRM Platforms
- ERP systems
- Marketing platforms
- Data warehouses/data lakes
- Configure connectors, APIs, and data pipelines to enable seamless data flow
- Create and maintain customer segments
- Define and configure measures, KPIs, and calculated attributes
- Support advanced customer analytics and behavioural insghts
- Ensure data quality, deduplication, and data standardization
- Manage data refresh schedules and performance optimization
- Support data governance and compliance requirements
- Enable activation of customer segments with downstream platforms such as “Dynamics 365 Customer Insights- Journeys”
- Support marketing and customer engagement use cases
