Position Title: Design Production Specialist
Work Location: Irvine, CA 92614 - Hybrid
Assignment Duration: 12-month contract to hire.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Part-Time Role: Anticipate 25 hours a week initially and then will ramp up.

Position Summary:The THV marketing team is looking to expand its in house design and production capabilities to support the growing volume of non personal promotional (NPP) and promotional marketing materials. As the client integrates new marketing platforms and systems into the marketing ecosystem, the design production artist will play a critical role in accelerating content production, ensuring brand consistency, and enabling operational efficiency across the THV business unit.
This role is ideal for a detail oriented creative professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross functional partners, and is energized by building scalable internal capabilities. You will work closely with Marketing, and Global IT to deliver high quality production assets that support campaigns, digital channels, field facing materials and other marketing-relating activities.

How you will make an impact:
• Produce, version, and adapt marketing assets across digital, print, and NPP channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Execute quick turn design and production needs including resizing, reformatting, layout adjustments, and content updates across our marketing channel needs.
• Prepare final production files for distribution, upload, or submission to internal and external partners.
• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Provide feedback on template needs, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to standardize production processes, reduce cycle times, and improve throughput

What you will need (required):
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Have an understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other similar tools.
• Experience working within structured workflows, creative operations, or marketing production environments.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and file preparation for digital and print.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What else we look for (preferred):
• Experience with various marketing platforms such as the Adobe suite of products like Adobe Workfront, GenStudio, AEM Assets, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
• Background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar MLR review systems.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including IT, marketing, and external agencies.
• Agency experience is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with evolving priorities.
This position is for a contract employee with the opportunity to be hired full time within a year.
