Job description:
Denodo Tech Lead to architect, design, and manage our data virtualization platform. You will lead a technical team to integrate disparate data sources and deliver real-time data solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Architect real-time data virtualization solutions using Denodo.
• Lead a team of developers through design and deployment phases.
• Design high-performance VDP (Virtual Data Port) views and data models.
• Optimize complex query performance, caching strategies, and execution plans.
• Configure Denodo platform security, policies, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate Denodo with diverse sources like cloud warehouses, APIs, and NoSQL.
• Establish development best practices, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

 
Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in data engineering, with 3+ years specifically leading Denodo projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL, data modeling, API integration (REST/SOAP), and Java/Python.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep expertise in Denodo architecture, caching, and performance tuning.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring developers and managing deliverables.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
