Service Parts Analyst (SPA)
The Service Parts Analyst (SPA) plays a critical role in supporting vehicle launch readiness by managing the creation, maintenance, and release of service parts across multiple vehicle programs. This full-time onsite contract position ensures timely and accurate part setup using various internal systems and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting service part availability and accuracy.

The Service Parts Analyst (SPA) plays a critical role in supporting vehicle launch readiness by managing the creation, maintenance, and release of service parts across multiple vehicle programs. This full-time onsite contract position ensures timely and accurate part setup using various internal systems and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues impacting service part availability and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and release service parts to meet vehicle launch timing requirements.
- Manage high-volume part setups (8,000–10,000 annually) and changes (2,000–2,500 annually) based on Change Notices (CN).

- Fiat Systems (CSPS, ePER)
- Internal Qlik Dashboards
- New: Entirely new vehicle family
- Platform Variant (P/V): Significant modifications to existing platforms
- Mid-Cycle Action (MCA): Styling updates with carryover structure
- Carry Over (C/O): Minor updates or improvements
- Escalate issues promptly to FCA supervisors and participate in regular checkpoint reviews.
- Track progress using internal dashboards and communicate status updates effectively.
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in automotive service parts or as an automotive technician
- Computer proficient-PC literacy with Windows, Google, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a team environment
- Problem solving skills
- Bachelors degree
- Development of FCA/Clients service products
- Familiarity with:
- Bill of Materials
- Common service part practices and methodologies
- Good analytical, organization and communication skills
- Enhanced MS Excel knowledge

- Create, maintain, and release service parts to support vehicle launch timing requirements.
- Manage a high volume of part setups annually:
- Approximately 8,000–10,000 new part setups per year.
- Approximately 2,000–2,500 engineering change updates per year.
- Coordinate service parts release activities within the SBOM system.
- Support vehicle launch programs and ensure adherence to project timelines and KPIs.
- Manage service part updates related to:
- Platform variants and model variations.
- Mid-Cycle Actions (MCAs), including styling updates and product enhancements.
- Model year carryovers and related housekeeping activities.
The successful candidate will utilize a variety of internal systems, including:
- Team Center
- SBOM and EBOM
- WebCN
- EMEA PDFs
- CSPS
- EPA (Fiat parts catalog)
- Qlik Sense dashboards
- Power BI dashboards
The Service Parts Analyst works cross-functionally with:

The Service Parts Analyst is responsible for service parts release activities within the SBOM system.
