- Utilize methods of combining charts, maps, timelines and infographics into comprehensible dashboards; may create visualizations of data sets in a user-friendly and easy-to-understand way to facilitate business decision making
Requirements:
- This is an entry-level role. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply, and relevant internship or academic experience will be considered. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- The manager is looking for candidates with a data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with data tools — specifically Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake. Technical knowledge of or genuine curiosity about how engines, machines, or mechanical systems work is a meaningful differentiator. Hobbyists’ experience in this area is applicable and worth highlighting. The manager has specifically noted interest in candidates whose resumes or interview responses reflect a drive to understand how things work.
- Strong collaboration skills and a continuous improvement of mindset are important. The ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to problem-solving within a team environment is valued as much as technical skill.
Typical Day in the Role:
- The analyst will spend approximately half of each day processing warranty claims and the other half engaged in data analysis and problem-solving.
- This includes reviewing workshop manuals, evaluating warranty spend data, working with AI and analytical tools, and collaborating with service, quality, and engineering teams.
- The work environment is office-based and hybrid, with a dynamic collaborative team. No two days are identical — the role offers consistent variety and meaningful cross-functional exposure.
Compelling Story & Candidate Value Proposition:
- Warranty data touches every part of the business — which means this analyst will have visibility into product performance, service operations, and engineering decisions in a way that few entry-level roles can offer.
- The team is collaborative and energetic, and the work provides genuine opportunities to identify problems, drive improvements, and make a measurable impact.
- For a candidate who is data-curious and mechanically minded, this is an excellent entry point into a well-established organization with room to grow.
- The manager is also actively working with AI and analytical tools, giving the right candidate early exposure to emerging technologies in a real-world manufacturing context.
