Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst. In this role, you will take ownership of complex workbook architectures, managing raw data transfers between platforms, and ensuring core hiring, demand, and onboarding data sets remain fully updated and accurate.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst. In this role, you will take ownership of complex workbook architectures, managing raw data transfers between platforms, and ensuring core hiring, demand, and onboarding data sets remain fully updated and accurate.
Core Functions:
- Spreadsheet Management & Data Updates: Owner of core global hiring/demand tracking sheets — you will maintain, troubleshoot, and build advanced formulas to automate recurring data refreshes.
- Pipeline Transfers & Systems Reconciliation: Execute routine data exports/transfers between Tableau/Workday and internal trackers across regions, auditing for data misalignment.
- Executive Cadence & Tableau Dashboards: Own regular executive Demand & Hires reporting, translating refreshed models into Tableau dashboards for Programs and Recruiting leadership.
- Program Evaluation & Ad-Hoc Requests: Support end of program evaluations - gathering data from two data sources and reporting in digestible dashboards
- Onboarding Data Tracking: Maintain centralized operations data tracking to deliver onboarding for all new hires
- Attention to data governance: Tracking and documenting start date changes, hiring manager changes, and tracing back to who and when made changes
- Proficient in Tableau
- Familiarity with Workday data structures
- Expert Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, workbook architecture)
- Experience being a point-of-contact across regional/functional stakeholders
- Comfort working with inconsistent source data and reconciling across systems
- Clear written communication for cross-functional stakeholder updates
- Must have skills: Tableau, Excel, Clear Communication
- Teachable skills: Executive Presence
- Optional skills: Recruiting Operations
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey/evaluation distribution tools.
- Experience with exec-level reporting/dashboarding.
- Prior recruiting operations, HR ops, or people-analytics experience.
