Customer Service Representative

Location: Colton, CA - 92324
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

 
Job Description:

  • Answer customers' requests, schedule special pickups, and monitor customer pricing, set up new accounts in routing software with assistance from the Transportation Department.
  • Provides courteous and efficient customer service and answers basic customer inquiries.
  • Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
