Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communication and correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
- Serve as the primary onsite technical point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and project teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and document composition designs.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development and support teams.
- Review solution designs, code, templates, scripts, and deployment packages to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, effort estimations, and solution planning activities.
- Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to understand correspondence requirements and regulatory changes.
- Lead impact assessments for enhancement requests, production issues, and technology upgrades.
- Ensure successful implementation of change requests through established change management processes.
- Provide technical oversight for document template development, business rules implementation, and data mapping activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex production issues and defects.
- Mentor and coach developers on OpenText Exstream design standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
- Coordinate release activities and provide deployment support across development, testing, and production environments.
