Title: Content Manager
Location: Chicago, IL Onsite 3 days per week: Mon-Wed + 1 flex
Duration: 06 months
Project Overview:
The work is in support of the design, build and authoring aligned with SEO and AI search requirements prioritize for 2026.
Contractor's Role: Content Manager
Experience Level:
Level 3, minimum of 7+ years’ experience
Qualifications (must haves):
Partner with Digital Marketing to share and integrate content.
Maintain a database of content and prioritize work as needed.
Manage site architecture and standards and work with web site editor to make updates,
changes and enhancements to meet site goals.
Follow Content Style Guide that ensures a consistent approach to tone of voice, grammar and usage of all sites.
Maintain and update web content for appropriate timeliness, legal and compliance requirements.
Technical knowledge of content management systems and HTML
Collaborates in a cross-functional digital marketing team to update content that meets marketing objectives in a measurable fashion.
Produces content for digital-first presentation in web, mobile and social channels.
Considers cultural nuances and accessibility requirements in crafting and editing content for the web.
Maintains taxonomy and tagging strategy for use on public channels.
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Proficient in AEM
Proficient in AEM Digital Asset Manager
Highly flexible and adaptable, embraces ambiguity and responds positively to change
Accurate and attention-to-detail.
