Job Title : Config Tech I
Location : Paulsboro, NJ 08066
Duration : 3 months (temp to hire)
Shift - 1st Shift M-F 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Description:

• The main tasks performed would be refurbishment of client owned IT equipment.
• That includes running diagnostic software, drive wiping software, and doing a visual inspection to ensure it meets the client's cosmetic standards.
• You would also be required to clean each device before packaging it.
• Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met.
• Complies with departmental training certification requirements.
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
• Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems.
• Position requires you to be on your feet all day and is a high production environment.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Requires entry level - 3 years' experience.
