Collector III (US)

Job Title: Collector III 
Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid 60% in Office)
Duration: 5+ Months
Shift Timings: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 PM
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Client Collectors and collection supervisors to drive Cash Collections for Open AR
• Sending statements / invoices to customers
• Supporting process to resolve disputes (working trade surcharge disputes, pulling PODs, working with commercial teams to resolve pricing issues, working with credit teams to resolve cash application issues, tracking disputes)

 
Required Skills:

• MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) and high degree of professionalism
• Finance background (accounting, finance, financial operations)
• High Degree of attention to detail and curiosity

 
Preferred Skills:

• Financial Analyst Experience
• Credit and/or Collection Experience
• SAP Experience

 
Education Requirement:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 3+ years experience in finance related role.
• College Degree with Finance related Major (Preferred)
