Job Summary: The Client Services Vendor on Premise will sit at designated client site. This position will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of account management, including recruiting, hiring, training/orientation, retention, and offboarding. This role is responsible for oversight of existing and future contingent workers and ensuring successful expansion of client and hiring manager relationships to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
Essential Functions:
- Communicate with managers to engage and qualify open positions
- Review job openings with managers to identify and qualify needs; partner with recruitment teams and share market research and feedback
- Review candidate profiles for accuracy and administer assessments (as needed) to measure candidate’s qualifications
- Extend offers to candidates, manage salary negotiations, and review next steps
- Coordinate with Onboarding Team to ensure an on-time start while contributing to strong and consistent candidate engagement
- Conduct New Hire Orientation, review safety compliance standards, and manage asset registration for new hires
- Conduct manager One-on-One meetings to gather performance feedback of our employees
- Serve as a full-desk resource by managing contractor's lifecycle including terminations, resignations, contract extensions, contractor conversions, and all offboarding requirements
- Collect, analyze, and communicate fulfillment and attrition rates
- Develop retention strategies and recognition programs for workers to reduce attrition
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client issues and answer day-to-day manager questions related to workers
- Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers to better understand the nature of the job and use feedback for recruiting purposes
- Set up weekly meetings with client business line heads to understand forecasting
- Provide adhoc reporting to client leadership and program sponsors
- Oversee candidate assessments, including dexterity testing
- Conduct site tours to ensure candidates are well-informed about the work environment
- Create required tickets such as licenses in Spectranet system
- Track and document attendance-related matters, including absences, tardiness, and early departures, and administer disciplinary actions in alignment with attendance policies when necessary
- Responsible for auditing timesheet reports to ensure accuracy
- Perform other duties assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outgoing and energetic, with a talent for building strong relationships and engaging effectively with others
- Self-motivated and results-driven, taking initiative to accomplish tasks independently
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range (75-90% of time spent on computer and phone)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
