Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support primary care operations across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and front-office experience, including phlebotomy, patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws).
• Administer vaccines.
• Perform EKGs.
• Support full laboratory operations and specimen handling.
• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Float between Darien, Westport, and New Canaan locations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Experience with phlebotomy (blood draws).
• Experience administering vaccines and performing EKGs.
• Strong knowledge of front-office responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance verification, and copay collection.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
• Ability to work across multiple clinic locations.
