Job Title: CCA / TCS Integration Consultant
(CCA (Clinical Care Advance) and TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite) expert)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT systems
  • Strong hands on expertise in CCA (Clinical Care Advance)
  • Strong hands on expertise in TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite)
  • Experience with:
  • CCA & TCS upgrades and patching
  • Hotfix deployments
  • Production support & incident management
  • Business enhancements and customizations
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare workflows (Clinical, UM, CM, Claims)
  • Technical Skills
  • SQL Server (advanced troubleshooting and data analysis)
  • .NET / C# (for extensions, integrations, and custom components)
  • Batch processing and job scheduling
  • API and integration concepts
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
 
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with AI / automation initiatives in healthcare platforms
  • Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS), especially related to CCA/TCS
  • Experience with containerization or modernization of legacy platforms
  • Prior experience working in regulated healthcare environments
JD:
  • We are seeking a highly experienced CCA (Clinical Care Advance) and TCS (TriZetto Clinical Suite) expert consultant to support a long term engagement.
  • The consultant will play a critical role in platform stability, enhancements, upgrades, production support, and next gen AI integrations.
  • This role requires deep hands on expertise across CCA & TCS upgrades, hotfixes, business enhancements, and system integrations, along with the ability to work closely with engineering, business, and operations teams.
    CCA & TCS Platform Support
  • Provide end to end support for CCA and TCS platforms, including UI, batch jobs, workflows, UM/CM modules, and integrations
  • Support production, non production, and lower environments with strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities
  • Participate in on call and incident management rotations as required Upgrades, Patching & Hotfixes
  • Lead and support CCA & TCS version upgrades, patching, and hotfix deployments
  • Perform impact analysis, validation, and regression testing support post upgrade
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and risk Business Enhancements & Customizations
  • Design and implement business enhancements, custom code, extensions, and remediation activities
  • Support new feature rollouts and configuration changes aligned with business needs
  • Ensure enhancements follow best practices, quality gates, and documentation standards AI & Automation Enablement
Collaborate on AI driven initiatives including:
  • Automation of clinical workflows
  • Intelligent insights and decision support
  • Integration of AI/ML capabilities into CCA/TCS ecosystem
  • Work with architecture teams on future ready modernization initiatives
  • Environment & System Administration
  • Support CCA & TCS environment setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Manage deployments, batch monitoring, performance tuning, and system health checks
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams on access and compliance needs
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal teams
  • Support onboarding of new team members through structured KT sessions
